  • Conducting individual and team coaching and mentoring to address targeted development needs.

  • Organisational assessments including climate and cultural surveys and assessments.

  • Conducting intra-organisational business intelligence.

c) Customers need to understand their organisational realities to develop foresights into problems:

  • Clients seek to ensure program acquisition documentation and program organisational strategy is sound.

  • Clients seek to understand why organisational difficulties occurred when issues arise.

  • We possess the expertise to generate comprehensive insights into such issues through business analysis technologies.

  • Our core competencies include industrial and organisational psychology, financial analysis, human resources and leadership.
